Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Eligibility

To register and use the taya09 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy these conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• You are at least 18 years of age. Taya09 does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activities on the platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of use, or in another jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is legally permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a taya09 employee involved in the platform's operations.
• You have not been self-excluded from the taya09 platform or from online gambling more broadly through any recognised exclusion scheme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with taya09 under the laws applicable to you.

Taya09 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended immediately, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

2 Account Registration

When you create an account on taya09, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on taya09. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Taya09 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your taya09 account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact our support team immediately.
• Identity verification: Taya09 may require identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before processing withdrawals or in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant. Taya09 will attempt to notify you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

3 Deposits & Payments

Taya09 accepts deposits through a range of Philippine-based payment methods. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Taya09 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment instruments that do not belong to the registered account holder.

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Taya09 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Taya09 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Funds credited to your taya09 wallet are available for wagering immediately once the deposit is confirmed.
• Taya09 will not use deposited funds for any purpose other than processing your wagers and winnings on the platform.

4 Withdrawals

Taya09 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes for GCash and most digital wallets during regular operating hours. Bank transfers through InstaPay and PESONet typically clear within one to two business hours depending on the receiving bank.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your taya09 account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Taya09 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Taya09 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard requirement under anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances and qualifying bonus balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• VIP Club members at Platinum tier and above receive priority processing on withdrawal requests.

Taya09 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms has occurred.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Taya09 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus from taya09, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirement (e.g., 20x or 30x) is stated in each offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in each bonus's specific terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Abuse of bonuses: Any player found to be abusing the taya09 bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds as part of low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the taya09 platform are provided by certified third-party game developers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. Taya09 does not interfere with or influence game results.

• In the event of a disconnection during an active game, the result of the round already in play will stand as determined by the game server. Taya09 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a game malfunctions in a way that produces an incorrect result, taya09 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary based on your VIP tier and current promotions.
• Winnings will be credited to your taya09 wallet immediately after a game round concludes. There are no delays in crediting game results.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya09 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on taya09.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or using gambling transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any taya09 game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered by taya09.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya09's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Taya09 is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Taya09 is not responsible for losses resulting from factors outside our control, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment delays.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

Taya09 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where there are grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred.

• Where an account is suspended for investigation, taya09 will aim to complete the review within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the affected player.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real money balances will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to completion of any identity verification requirements.
• Players may close their own taya09 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned upon request.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a transaction, game result, or any aspect of your taya09 account, the process below applies.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the taya09 platform after changes have been notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using taya09 and close your account.
